Courageous Workforce focuses on staff wellness, respect, collaboration, and a healthy work culture. We include:  

  • Culture Survey (approx. 6 minutes) 
  • Resources with tips for choosing a starting place 
  • Quick on-the-job wellness practices for all staff 
  • Recommendations for increasing the resilience of your organization’s culture 

We offer options for where to begin your journey with Courageous Workforce, either with the survey or with the wellness practices. Courageous Workforce recommends beginning with our culture survey, then determine if you are going to work with wellness practices or tackle a need related to your culture. 

Survey

We offer a Culture Survey designed to highlight successes or identify staff concerns so teams can work together on improving workplace culture to increase staff wellness. Collaborate with our team to administer the survey to your team and then review the results to help in determining areas of focus.
