For All Staff

Employees work more hours a day than we see family or friends. They arrive home exhausted and burdened with mandatory tasks to complete. Then they fall into bed unable to think about what is going on tomorrow, no less give themselves permission to dream of something better. The last several years have highlighted just how exhausted we are.

Courageous Workforce’s collection of wellness practices is accessible to you as an individual. They can help you decrease stress when you practice and use them during the day.  Whether at work, with family, friends or on our own, stress can become more manageable when we put into action small wellness practices daily. We do not have time for a spa day, or a full day of professional development geared toward self-care. We need activities that can be done anywhere without great time or expense. As you look through the resources, think about ways you can use these practices in small snippets to help you balance your stress.
